Level 1 Core Training

Certifications in Amino Acid Therapy for Addiction Recovery and Sustained Mental Health

What will I learn?

The  five-month, Level 1 CORE Training   program thoroughly introduces students to the use of amino acids, specific crucial nutrients and diet in addressing symptoms of neurotransmitter depletion, such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, addiction, cravings and relapse. The use of vitamin and mineral co-factors, blood sugar regulation, and the 5-Star Pro~Recovery Diet ©, all of which are critical to brain function are covered in detail.

What skills will I be building?

Graduates will be able to confidently utilize the Amino Acid Therapy Chart © Julia Ross to create effective programs using targeted amino acids and other key nutrients to support clients in their efforts towards mental health, emotional well-being and addiction recovery. Additionally, they will be able to help their clients identify deficits in their current diets and create healthy meal plans tailored to their own lifestyles and cooking abilities.

In addition to thanking you for teaching this course, I want to express my gratitude for the information that was presented.  I feel as if my ability to provide services to my clients has been doubled by the knowledge.  Already a majority of my clients have begun to address their nutritional deficits and have indeed made some significant breakthroughs behaviorally as well as psychologically and emotionally.

LOVED the class...This program is approved for 30 categories 1 NANP CEU's. The program is top-notch & many NANP members have taken this course already (myself included) after finding it on our website in Advanced & Specialty Continuing Education, I did the original review.

I have been researching the mind-body-gut connection for years now and was given this Academy's information through Julia Ross. I want to take the course because I want to offer my community something other than drive-through-medication-management.
