Academy For Addiction And Mental Health Nutrition Alumni Success Story

By Anna Rall

The Level 1 CORE Training program was a life-changing experience for me. I’m Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition and my knowledge in nutrition was already quite extensive, but Christina Veselak’s program and her passion, as well as extremely knowledgeable approach to human emotions, put me on a level that I thought was impossible.

I knew before I started the program that with the right diet and right supplements I can change how people feel, not only physically but also emotionally.  However, I also thought that it takes time, discipline, and often hard work to get there. Christina taught me how to make clients feel better the first day and how to make these life changes easier for them.

During the time I was still in the program, I already helped a few of my clients who, despite perfect diet and excellent supplements, were still depressed, in emotional pain or in a state of almost constant anxiety. By applying the information and techniques Christina gave me, my clients, as well as myself, feel enormous differences in a short period of time.

My clients are self-confident now, stronger, happier, and calmer. Something they often thought would never be possible.

Christina Veselak’s program brings hope for many people, for a normal, and healthy life. Choosing this program was one of the best decisions of my life.
