Nestled in the heart of nature, Trinity Hot Springs offers more than just a beautiful setting for our retreat. This remarkable venue features healing waters and restorative amenities that will enhance your experience throughout the weekend.
The Legendary Spring Water
The Deepest Known Source of Fresh Water on Earth
Trinity Spring Water rises through a crystal-lined granite batholith from 2.2 miles below the surface. This uniquely deep spring water has earned the prestigious distinction of being North America's only certified "Naturliches Heilwasser" (natural health water) by the Institut Fresenius in Europe—the international authority on free-flowing spring sources of exceptional purity that contain beneficial minerals.
Bring a non-breakable water bottle to fill poolside during your soak and take the healing spring water home with you. Larger jugs are also available for filling at the gift shop.
Geothermal Therapeutic Soaking Pool
Trinity Hot Springs features a geothermal therapeutic soaking spa—a technical term for a hot spring with recognized health benefits. The pool temperature varies seasonally, typically ranging from 95-108 degrees in summer and 90-95 degrees in winter, adjusting naturally with outdoor temperature fluctuations.

At RISE, the intention is simple: to give you space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself. You will have time to rest, reflect, and return to your work with a clearer mind and a steadier spirit.
The days move slowly and intentionally with therapeutic workshops, nervous system resets, long soaks in Idaho’s natural hot springs, and meals that are organic and thoughtfully prepared to support balance and nourishment. There is space for quiet moments, meaningful conversations, and practices that honor whatever path brings you here.
By the time you head home, the hope is that you feel grounded, supported, and more like yourself again. You will carry a renewed sense of purpose into the people and communities you serve.
